Your Lifebook: Exploring Health + Fitness

design your life lifebook Jan 17, 2023

Your Lifebook is made up of 12 life categories. And those categories come together to create for you a North Star which guides you towards living your best life.

You can't fully put your focus on each category at the same time, but having defined each of the categories, you'll be in a position to know which is most important for you to work on in this moment in order to get closer to your life vision.

And each of the categories support each other, which creates a powerful basis for your life and what you wish to achieve.

The health + fitness category

The first category we explore in the Lifebook process is health + fitness. Because without your health, you can't possibly show up fully to each of the other 11 categories of your life.

It's important that we make time for this part of our lives. This is why for 2023, my overriding goal is to "get fit and eat better".

And in case you're wondering, an overriding goal is a term we use in the Lifebook Community to identify that one goal that will make the biggest impact on your life vision.

Isn't "get fit and eat better" a little vague?

Yes, this goal does sound vague, but this is where my Lifebook comes in, because within my Lifebook, I have defined what this category looks like for me, and in turn, what that goal means.

And underneath this goal is where more specific goals are defined. For example, one that I am working on right now is Complete Mt Kilimanjaro Conqueror Virtual Challenge which has been super motivating, and fun, for me to get out for a walk everyday.

Another goal I'm gearing up to work on is creating a better meal planning habit. Let's face it, I suck at this and want to get better at it. I figure this will help me develop better eating habits as well. At least that's my hope!

If you have any meal planning tips, please leave them in the comments. I can use all the help I can get!

Ready to write your own Lifebook?

Writing my Lifebook was one of the best experiences for me. My only regret is that I didn't discover it sooner! I don't want that regret for you.

If you're ready to explore the possibility of writing your own Lifebook, book your Discovery Call with me and let's see if this is a good fit for you.
